Anthropic and Nscale reportedly in talks for a second $45B compute deal

Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar, that Nscale and Anthropic are in talks for a $45B compute deal and are close to announcing it, per TechCrunch. Neither company has confirmed. The two announced a $45B deal in August; terms of this one could change. Both are pursuing IPOs, and Bloomberg reports Nscale faces investor pushback on a $30B valuation.
