Anthropic details Claude Code review: AI review on every PR, humans by risk tier
An Oct. 15 post by Addy Osmani and colleagues says Claude writes about 90% of Claude Code's code. From June to September merged PRs more than doubled while reverts fell over 40%. After the AI reviewer launched, internal PRs with substantive comments rose from 16% to 54%, and mean review rounds fell from 2.08 to 1.32. Figures are Anthropic's own.
