ASI raises $325M at a $3B valuation for AI that controls physical assets

The Boston Globe reports ASI, formerly Air Space Intelligence, raised $325M at a $3B valuation in a round led by Spark Capital, with a16z, Craft, Citadel Securities, Meritech and Energy Impact Partners. The Globe cites a 12-year, $875M FAA contract and a $99M Army contract. Funds go to Boston research and engineering and new energy, logistics and military products.
