AWS makes SageMaker AI training sessions generally available for custom post-training loops
AWS says SageMaker AI serverless model customization now offers training sessions, generally available Oct. 22. You write your own post-training loop, with custom loss or reward functions, while SageMaker handles GPUs and checkpoints. Supported models are gpt-oss-20b, gemma-4-31B-it, Qwen3.6-27B and Qwen3.8-27B. AWS lists no rates; billing is per token processed.
