Black Forest Labs released FLUX.3 Image Klein on Hugging Face on Oct. 15 as two open checkpoints, a distilled one and a base one. It does text-to-image and multi-reference editing, with bounding-box layout control. Hugging Face reports about 2 seconds per 1024x1024 image on an H100. The post states no license.
