CNBC: Moonshot AI sought Nvidia Blackwell capacity in Europe, sources say

CNBC reports, citing four unnamed people, that Beijing-based Moonshot AI discussed renting Nvidia Blackwell capacity from European neoclouds this year, including talks over clusters of 8,000 or more GPUs. One source said it was proposed Moonshot pay 30% to 50% more upfront. Moonshot, Nvidia and the White House did not respond to CNBC.
