CXMT to start limited HBM3E production at 20% to 30% yields, Reuters sources say

Per Finimize, citing Reuters and unnamed sources, China's CXMT plans limited HBM3E production within about two months despite yields of roughly 20% to 30%. The sources say its chip performs closer to SK hynix's older HBM3. Reuters cited about 70% yield for SK hynix. Neither company has confirmed.
