FT: Oracle cancels $7B Tencent AI chip lease after US pressure

The Financial Times reports, citing two unnamed people, that Oracle canceled a roughly $7 billion, five-year deal to lease up to 100,000 advanced AI chips to Tencent in Southeast Asia after US officials raised concerns.
