TechCrunch reports Judge Edward Davila ordered OpenAI to give Apple interview materials for ex-Apple hardware and robotics applicants and private LINE messages, within 5 days for materials already collected and 14 for the rest. Depositions of Chang Liu, Alyssa Peng and chief hardware officer Tang Yew Tan were approved. Broader R&D requests were denied, without prejudice.
