Leaked documents describe ECHOTRIBBLE, an Army Cyber Command plan for self-directed offensive AI agents

The Intercept reports, from leaked Army Cyber Command documents, that ECHOTRIBBLE is a nascent program for AI agents that spread across foreign networks like a worm, including air-gapped systems, and "neutralize" targets with minimal human oversight. The documents were shown to contractors at a June 24 event. ARCYBER did not respond to The Intercept's questions.
