Nvidia-backed Firmus shelves its roughly $5B Australian IPO, citing market volatility

Firmus, the Nvidia-backed Australian data center operator, withdrew its planned IPO of about $5B, priced at A$11 a share for a $30.6B equity valuation, nearly triple its August round. The company cited market volatility and says it will seek private capital. Reuters, per Nikkei Asia, reported lukewarm demand and investor concern over valuation and debt.
