Nvidia-backed Firmus weighs cutting its Australian IPO price after weak investor demand
SmartCompany, citing Australian Financial Review and The Australian reporting, says Firmus may cut its $11 per share IPO price to $9, about 18%, on weaker-than-expected international demand. At $11 the equity value was $43.7B on a $7.1B raise. Scrapping the listing is reportedly an option. Firmus was valued at $15B in August. These are market-source reports, not a Firmus statement.
