NVIDIA releases Cosmos3-H-Dreams, a generative simulator for surgery
NVIDIA published Cosmos3-H-Dreams on Oct. 20, a 16B-parameter-based generative simulator trained on cholecystectomy recordings from CMR Surgical's Versius platform. It runs interactively on one RTX PRO 6000 with live kinematic control. NVIDIA calls it a research simulator, not validated for patient care. Checkpoints and code are public; no license is stated.
