Reflection AI's Beam, a 501B open-weight coding model, arrives on AWS SageMaker
AWS says Reflection AI's Beam is an open-weight mixture-of-experts model for agentic coding, with 501B total and 23B active parameters and a reported 1M-token effective context. It is Apache 2.0, on Hugging Face in BF16, FP8 and NVFP4, and deployable on SageMaker JumpStart in US East (N. Virginia, Ohio). The AWS post reports no benchmarks.
