Senate Democrats' data center probe says Amazon, Google, Meta and Microsoft sought NDAs, per Time

Time, which got the findings first, reports a yearlong investigation led by Sen. Elizabeth Warren with Sens. Van Hollen and Blumenthal into seven data center firms. It says Amazon, Google, Meta and Microsoft sought NDAs, none of the seven agreed to pay for new grid infrastructure, and several refused to give permanent jobs data. Time does not link a public copy of the report.
