TII releases Falcon-Emirati-7B, a 7B model tuned for the Emirati dialect

Built on Falcon-H1-Arabic with a hybrid state space and attention architecture and up to 128K context. TII reports 84.83% on its new Alyah benchmark (1,173 samples) and a dialect fidelity score of 0.52 versus 0.05 or lower for competing models.
