White House reportedly lifts block on UK AI Security Institute's early model access

The Daily Telegraph reports, as relayed by The Decoder, that the White House has reversed its September instruction to Anthropic, Google DeepMind and OpenAI to stop sharing new models with the UK's AI Security Institute, after pressure from UK AI minister Kanishka Narayan. No White House or UK government statement is cited, and TopFive has not seen the Telegraph piece itself.
